III. Structure and working principles

XLCS series sand removing machine for rotational flow grit chamber is mainly composed of impeller, transmission shaft, electrical motor, decelerator, and sand suction system, etc.

Sewage in the pool flows of vortex winding. With certain suitable blade tilt and linear velocity, grids during waste water will be scoured and kept best sedimentation effect, and the organic material attached on grids and material with little weight will flow away with the water. Besides, for the rotation of impeller, the sensitivity of flowing changes (caused by water flowing in) decreases, therefore ensures the stable performance and low organic compostion in separating sand.
