VCI paper used for multimetals is a new type packaging material of corrosion protection made from the neutral paper (gram: 40, 60, 75G/M2)and multilayer resin lamination material through coating the volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) used for multimetals. VCI paper utilizes the corrosion inhibitor compositions vaporizing automatically at normal temperature from volatile corrosion inhibitor dipped in paper to be adsorbed on the metallic surface so as to form a molecular level protective layer, which protects the steel and iron against corrosion. VCI paper is widely used for the corrosion protection of combination metal parts in military industry, machinery, automobile fitting, electrician, electric industry and hardware. VCI paper is safe and environmentally friendly. The performance of VCI paper has reached the technical requirements of Japan JIS relevant standards and American military standard MTL-P-3420 and other advanced international standards.

Metals protected:
Steel, copper and its alloy, aluminium and its alloy, galvanized steel plate, tin-coated steel plate and their combination parts.

Method of use:
VCI paper can be used as a packaging material for a single metallic components or as interlayer padded paper or inner lining for a packing unit. VCI paper laminated with polyethylene resin is waterproof, and can be directly used as external packaging material.
