Product details

Product Description

Hard Fireclay bricks are alumina silicate bricks with the refractoriness of SK 32-34 and contain 35- 45% alumina. The bricks are made from various raw materials of fire clay, calcined chamotte, mullite etc . They are highly resistant to abrasion, spalling and corrosion. Ordinary clay bricks are made of soft stickies with strong plasticity and large dispersion, and a part of clay clinker.

Because the bricks have low porosity, high strength, good resistance to thermal spalling and to abrasion and to creep, Jucos fireclay bricks are applied for the linings of Coke Ovens, Glass furnace, Cement Rotary Kilns, Lime Kilns,Various Incinerators, Reheating Furnaces etc.

Clay bricks are small artificial blocks used in construction. Also called sintered brick. Solid clay brick is one of the oldest building materials in the world. From the mausoleum of Qin Shihuang of Shaanxi to the Great Wall of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Beijing, it has inherited the history of Chinese civilization for thousands of years. So far, it is still a building material loved by Chinese people.

Fireclay bricks are made of clay (including shale, coal gangue and other powders) as the main raw materials, and are processed, processed, formed, dried and roasted. China has successively created square and long bricks during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. The technology and production scale, quality and fancy varieties of brick making during the Qin and Han Dynasties have developed significantly.

Clay bricks are made from local materials, which are cheap, durable, and have the advantages of fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation, and moisture absorption. They are widely used in civil engineering. Waste and broken bricks can also be used as aggregate for concrete. In order to improve the shortcomings of ordinary clay bricks, such as small, self-important, and large soil consumption, it is developing in the direction of light weight, high strength, hollow and large blocks. Lime sand bricks are made of lime and quartz sand, sand or fine sandstone in appropriate proportions after grinding, mixing with water, semi-dry compression molding and curing by autoclaving. Fly ash bricks use fly ash as the main raw material, mixed with coal gangue powder or clay and other cementing materials, and are made by batching, forming, drying and roasting, which can make full use of industrial waste residue and save fuel.

The Al2O3 content of clay bricks in China is generally more than 40%, and the Fe2O3 content is less than 2.0 to 2.5%. The clinker in the ingredients is 65-85%, and the bound clay is 35-15%. The crushed combined clay and finely ground clinker are mixed and milled, and then mixed with granular clinker to make semi-dry mud, which is formed by high pressure and fired at about 1400 ℃ with good performance. Clay bricks are weakly acidic at high temperatures and slightly less resistant to alkaline slag erosion, but they increase with increasing Al2O3 content.

Phosphoric acid-impregnated products of vacuum phosphoric acid impregnation and secondary low-temperature firing after drying treatment of qualified blast furnace clay bricks are used to build the upper lining of the blast furnace body.
